Returns & Refunds

RETURN POLICY:

- We may accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of the purchase date. Item(s) must be undamaged, or in its original condition and packaging, with all accessories included. Customer must provide the receipt for returns, exchanges and refunds.

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO LIMIT/DENY RETURNS!

  • Returns are subject to a minimum restocking fee of 25% depending on the condition of the returned item(s). We cannot accept returns on items that have been modified, trimmed, or altered.
  • Smaller items are NOT subjected to the restocking fee given that the item(s) are in its original condition & packaging such as (bath/kitchen accessories, faucets, sinks)
  • We DO NOT accept returns/exchanges on any assembled kitchen cabinets, prefab/full size slabs, shower doors, flooring, items marked CLEARANCE/SALE or MANAGER SPECIAL & special order items!

RESTOCKING FEE:

- Returns are expensive for companies to process therefore, in order to avoid raising prices it is common in this industry to charge a restocking fee. Customers can do their part by carefully measuring and making an informed final decision on color, size and style before making the purchase.

NOTICE:

**Cabinet Designing** - Please ensure to provide all accurate measurements required by request of our designer(s). Once the final draft has been approved on both parties, by placing your order acknowledges that the design is FINAL & is not eligible for post adjustments or a redesign.

**Cabinet Assembly** - Please allow 5-7 business days on orders that require in-house cabinet assembly. Lead times may vary depending on the order volume. Refunds/returns are not eligible once cabinet(s) have been assembled.

REFUND POLICY

Refunds and credits will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow a certain amount of days to reflect depending on your bank.
